cancellation policy

In order to continue providing the best scheduling options to my clients I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. You can send this in an email or do it manually from your Salon Monster account.

Cancellation of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will require a rebooking fee of $15 before rescheduling your next appointment.

Should you miss your appointment without any notice, a rebooking fee of $25 will be required for missed haircuts and treatments.

A rebooking fee of $100 will be required for missed or cancelled colour services with less than 24 hours notice .

Rebooking fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

I do not accept appointment bookings, reschedules, or cancellations through social media.

Once your appointment has been scheduled and your Salon Monster account has been created you can sign-in to the booking website: http://karapaintshair.salonmonster.com using your email address (and password if you've set one) to book, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

late policy

I understand that sometimes life happens. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your reserved appointment, please call. 

 

I respect your time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. I ask that you offer the same respect to me. Therefore should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service. 

service adjustment

I strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction. If you are experiencing challenges with your cut or colour please let me know via email (karapaintshair@hotmail.com) within 7 days of your visit and I will correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you decide to go in a different direction than we discussed during the consultation then the service adjustment does not apply - although I would love to continue to help you reach your hair goals!

Please note: I do not offer monetary refunds for services.

retail return policy

When purchased in the salon, I will accept returns on Hairstory product at full credit within 30 days after initial purchase.  Hairstory will fully reimburse purchases of New Wash through their website within 30 days of purchase.
