after a colour

After your hair is coloured, do not wash your hair for at least 48 hours to ensure the colour sets properly. When you do wash your hair, use New Wash cream cleanser to protect your new hair colour and to take care of your scalp. It important to follow the recommendations made in your Holistic Beauty Map, including products that work with your hair type and your personalized maintenance plan.

Avoid soaking your hair in chlorinated pool water.

Use a shower head filter to remove minerals and particles from the water.

Lastly, sleep with a satin pillowcase to avoid friction and breakage.

Following these tips will help keep your hair colour looking vibrant and healthy.

Rest and relaxation are essential, along with staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Avoiding alcohol and stimulants for the first 24 hours after your treatment will allow your body to fully benefit from the energy work. Paying attention to your intuition and engaging in self-care practices such as spending time in nature and practicing meditation will help to support your healing journey.

For a holistic approach to beauty, it's important to take care of your body from the inside out. This means staying hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet, getting in regular movement, and managing stress. Adequate sleep, limiting alcohol and smoking, and practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques are also key.
